About the Role
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate, you’ll support senior sales leadership with actionable insights, manage go-to-market strategy, and improve processes to drive productivity across APAC. This hybrid role blends strategy, data analysis, and project management, and reports to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations in APAC.

You’ll work with sales, analytics, finance, and product, helping shape the next evolution of LinkedIn’s global GTM (Go-To-Market) model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to drive strategic decisions using data and actionable recommendations.
- Lead projects influencing LinkedIn’s GTM model, from segmentation to financial planning and territory design.
- Track business performance, support sales forecasting, and generate insights from dashboards and reports.
- Manage core operational processes like quota setting, audits, and territory allocation.
- Identify, scope, and lead process and system improvements to enhance sales rep productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Ops, Finance, Deal Desk, and Strategic Planning.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business operations, consulting, or finance roles.
- Familiarity with SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking; experience in data modeling and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Understanding of APAC markets, cultures, or languages is a strong advantage.
