What You’ll Do
In this role, you will drive the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at APAC’s SMB segment. Your primary responsibility will be to design, execute, and optimise campaigns that attract new customers and encourage up-sell/cross-sell opportunities with current clients.

You will work closely with Sales to align your efforts with business goals and provide in-office events that enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a steady flow of high-conversion campaigns and events tailored to APAC SMB prospects.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from ideation and content creation to performance tracking and optimisation.
- Design impactful in-person events that foster direct connections between prospects and sales teams.
- Use AI tools for campaign brainstorming, content development, and performance analysis.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across regional and global teams to ensure campaign success.
- Maintain up-to-date insights on market trends and customer behaviors to stay ahead of the curve.
- Work in a high-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns every month.
What You Bring
HubSpot is seeking someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and a creative, data-informed mindset. Your ability to think analytically, execute campaigns efficiently, and collaborate across teams will be crucial to your success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B or tech.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and demand generation tactics.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing alignment and adoption.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI for marketing automation and insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills in English (fluency in an Asian language is a bonus).
