Job Description

Similarweb is hiring a Strategic Account Manager based in Singapore to lead long-term growth strategies for top-tier regional clients.

This job role involves driving product adoption, managing key relationships, and identifying possible expansion opportunities within a global SaaS platform used by major brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts across APAC region
  • Drive renewals, up-sells, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams for a smooth client experience
  • Increase customer satisfaction and product engagement
  • Deliver business reviews and influence strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level)
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, digital marketing, or analytics
  • Experience managing multinational client accounts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
