What You’ll Do
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and recreate technical scenarios to guide users through complex problems.
- Collaborate across teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure seamless support and proactive solutions.
- Leverage HubSpot’s tools, documentation, and internal resources to stay on top of product updates and user needs.
- Identify and escalate leads or business opportunities to the Sales team.
- Deliver empathetic, thoughtful communication that aligns with HubSpot’s customer-first philosophy.
- Maintain flexibility with shift-based support schedules (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM SGT) while thriving in a hybrid or remote work environment.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Customer-focused mindset with a knack for solving problems efficiently.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn continuously.
- Comfort working autonomously, with excellent judgment in dynamic settings.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to new tools or processes.
- Interest in building technical product knowledge — familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
