KOOBITS is a fast-growing EdTech company looking for a skilled Part-Time Accountant to support its finance team in Singapore. This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a flexible work schedule while contributing to a dynamic and impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and month-end closing
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Manage AR/AP, tax filings (GST, income tax), and staff claims
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
- Collaborate with teams on operational finance tasks
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Experience with Xero is a plus
- Independent, detail-oriented, and startup-ready
