Citi Bank Group is hiring an experienced IT Quality Senior Analyst for its Singapore office. This hybrid role focuses on managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), automation, quality control, and risk assessment across software development projects.
The selected candidate will contribute to improving standards, guiding junior team members, and supporting major technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead UAT process, testing strategy, and product rollout
- Perform QA reviews, root cause analysis, and report quality metrics
- Design and implement automation frameworks (Selenium, Java-BDD, API testing)
- Handle data queries, Oracle DB tasks, and scripting (Shell/Perl/Python)
- Manage Test Support Services and ensure SDLC compliance
Requirements:
- 9+ years of IT quality experience
- Strong Flexcube and Oracle DB knowledge
- Expertise in automation, scripting, and testing tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
