Job Overview
We’re hiring a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business across the APAC region. This role starts with a commission-only structure—designed for high performers—with a pathway to a salaried role based on consistent performance.
You’ll be responsible for identifying publishers, pitching tailored solutions, and closing strategic partnerships that drive long-term value for both MonetizeMore and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-potential digital publishers across APAC.
- Client Engagement: Build trust and long-term relationships through expert solution selling.
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to closure.
- Industry Representation: Attend webinars, events, and conferences as the face of MonetizeMore.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with account management and tech teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Reporting: Track performance using CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and report insights regularly.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of digital ad trends in APAC to refine and sharpen your pitch.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in ad-tech, SaaS, or digital media).
- Know your way around programmatic advertising, header bidding, and publisher monetization.
- Thrive in a commission-based role and are self-driven to exceed targets.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Are fluent in English (bonus if you speak another APAC language like Hindi, Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic).
- Have a working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales tools.
Compensation Structure (Commission-Only, Tiered)
- $0–$10,000 Revenue: 10%
- $10,001–$25,000 Revenue: 12%
- $25,001–$50,000 Revenue: 15%
- $50,001+ Revenue: 18%
Commission is based on monthly revenue generated from new clients.
