Role Overview: Outreach Specialist
As an Outreach Specialist at Rank Math, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain high-quality relationships that support brand awareness, traffic growth, and authority building.
You will help execute strategies to earn backlinks, create co-marketing opportunities, and get our tools featured on industry-relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute outreach campaigns to promote blog posts, landing pages, and plugin updates.
- Identify and reach out to relevant bloggers, website owners, and influencers for backlink and promotional opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key partners in the SEO and WordPress community.
- Track outreach performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align outreach activities with marketing goals.
- Use tools like Ahrefs, Hunter.io, BuzzStream, or similar to manage outreach efforts efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outreach, link-building, or PR roles, preferably in the SEO, SaaS, or WordPress industry.
- Excellent written English communication skills – persuasive, clear, and professional.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, backlink profiles, domain authority, and content marketing.
- Ability to craft personalized, high-converting outreach emails at scale.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant outreach opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience using email outreach tools like Pitchbox, Mailshake, or BuzzStream.
- Understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- A portfolio of successful outreach or backlink campaigns.
