🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of RollerAds’ global expansion. You’ll take charge of identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and collaborating with our international team to drive revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and qualifying new leads through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Building and executing sales plans aligned with our aggressive growth goals.
- Presenting RollerAds’ capabilities confidently to prospective partners and clients.
- Coordinating between internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and project kickoff.
- Conducting market research and identifying emerging opportunities across new verticals and geographies (especially within the U.S. market).
- Maintaining detailed records of outreach and progress in reporting to the management team.
💼 What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for someone passionate about AdTech, performance marketing, and scaling high-growth businesses. You should bring a proactive mindset and a knack for building relationships that deliver results.
Skills preferred:
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Networks, or Advertising Networks.
- A strong record of identifying and acquiring new customers, building GTM strategies, and unlocking new revenue channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clarity, confidence, and tact are a must.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on hustle.
- Strong time management and organization to independently manage pipelines and sales targets.
- A natural ability to build rapport, pitch persuasively, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- A self-starter attitude with a constant desire to learn and improve.
