Manager, Strategy and Operations, YouTube Business GTM APAC – Singapore
YouTube is looking for an experienced and driven Manager, Strategy and Operations to join their GTM (Go-to-Market) APAC team in Singapore.
This role offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation while shaping business strategies for YouTube across the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with YouTube’s APAC leadership and cross-functional global teams to shape the future of how YouTube engages creators, partners, and consumers.
Your responsibilities will include cross market diagnostics, data-driven strategy, stakeholder alignment, and GTM innovation.
You will serve as a thought partner and advisor, identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and enabling high-impact decisions.
Your analytical skills, stakeholder management skills, and understanding of local markets will be key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive country-level market diagnostics, identifying growth areas, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contribute to quarterly regional reports, surfacing risks and leading cross-functional action plans.
- Analyze data to understand viewership trends, growth metrics, and develop country narratives.
- Program manage cross-functional regional projects across Business, Marketing, and Product.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and ensure alignment with global planning cycles.
- Lead experiments and pilot initiatives to test and scale new GTM strategies and service models.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, venture capital, corporate advisory, sales operations, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across regions and teams.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability in a fast-moving ecosystem.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, spreadsheets, and capable of building executive-level presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of business acumen and passion for innovation and creativity.
