Key Responsibilities
- Develop talent pipelines and manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Guide candidates through Google’s recruitment process while ensuring a positive, high-quality experience.
- Evaluate candidate skills, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate across business, staffing, and HR teams to achieve recruitment goals.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the hiring process.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- 1 year of experience working in an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles or within the tech industry.
- Strong experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple hiring projects at once.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
