Key Responsibilities

  • Develop talent pipelines and manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Guide candidates through Google’s recruitment process while ensuring a positive, high-quality experience.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
  • Use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across business, staffing, and HR teams to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • 1 year of experience working in an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles or within the tech industry.
  • Strong experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple hiring projects at once.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
