Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and business teams to identify people-related issues and implement scalable HR solutions
- Support organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, and internal communications
- Translate top-level people strategy into team-specific action plans
- Design HR policies and procedures aligned with evolving business goals
- Act as a cultural ambassador by reinforcing core values and promoting employee engagement

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
- 2+ years of experience in HR business partnering or similar HR roles
