We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Front End) with strong technical leadership, deep frontend expertise, and a passion for building next-gen customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in a specialized team driving conversational AI solutions aimed at simplifying the travel booking process through intelligent, responsive chatbots and UIs.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8+ years of frontend development experience with modern client-side frameworks (React highly preferred).
- Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, and deep understanding of the web development ecosystem.
- Strong architectural mindset and ability to lead technical decision-making.
- Experience working with component libraries and large-scale design systems.
- Passion for performance optimization, especially in client-side applications.
- A collaborative mindset — eager to participate in code reviews, design discussions, and elevate teammates.
- Track record of driving impact across teams through leadership and technical expertise.
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in Machine Learning, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven projects.
- Backend knowledge of JVM languages (Scala, Kotlin, Java) and Python.
