Head of Customer Success – Japan | HubSpot Singapore

HubSpot is hiring a Head of Customer Success to lead our Japanese-speaking Upmarket and Scaled teams. This senior leadership role will be based in Singapore and is ideal for someone with proven experience in SaaS, customer success management, and team leadership.

You’ll play an important role in driving customer outcomes and business growth in the Japanese market, managing customer relationships, and overseeing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow customer success teams across Upmarket and Scaled segments.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction for Japanese enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Develop regional strategies and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer success/account management, 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with SaaS businesses and managing high-value enterprise clients.
  • Native Japanese and strong English fluency.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic growth and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and change management skills.
