🛠️ What you’ll do
- Provide frontline support for hardware, software & networking issues
- Coordinate vendor relations and manage IT inventory
- Enhance systems and support workflows (onboarding, imaging, etc.)
- Collaborate across teams to improve tools & documentation
✅ You’re a great fit if you
- Have strong macOS expertise (Windows is a bonus)
- Know Jamf, Intune, Azure AD, and ServiceNow
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff
- Have experience supporting AV/IT during all-hands or live events
- Love solving problems and improving workflows proactively
