Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support video cloud infrastructure and services
- Solve technical issues during product integration and live production
- Collaborate with developers and suppliers to improve performance
- Build a knowledge base and help define Quality Service standards
- Drive enhancements in media storage, streaming, and transcoding
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong logic, analytical mindset, and software design skills
- Familiarity with protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Bonus: Experience with CDN, video protocols, RTC, project management
