Job Description
Similarweb is hiring a Strategic Account Manager based in Singapore to lead long-term growth strategies for top-tier regional clients.
This job role involves driving product adoption, managing key relationships, and identifying possible expansion opportunities within a global SaaS platform used by major brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts across APAC region
- Drive renewals, up-sells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams for a smooth client experience
- Increase customer satisfaction and product engagement
- Deliver business reviews and influence strategic decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level)
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, digital marketing, or analytics
- Experience managing multinational client accounts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
